Ken Young is the current President of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC). Ken previously served as NALSC’s Treasurer. NALSC is the national professional organization for the legal search profession and promulgates and enforces the NALSC Code of Ethics. Many law firms across the country incorporate the NALSC Code of Ethics into their fee agreements with legal recruiters.
